As picked up on by Wrestling Inc., Pomerantz Law Firm is the latest legal organisation investigating WWE where it pertains to the sports entertainment juggernaut's fiduciary responsibilities to investors.

All eight of these legal firms are looking into WWE for similar reasons, with the overarching thread being how WWE's stock price has been impacted after the Wall Street Journal published a report of Vince McMahon reportedly agreeing a $3 million settlement with a former female employee, plus the revelation that numerous other NDAs have allegedly been put in place by McMahon over the years. The main question right now, is whether WWE was complicit in securities fraud or other unlawful business practices in terms of knowledge of this situation.
