Another Legacy Stable Re-Signs With AEW
The Elite aren't the only long-running AEW stable to have signed new contracts.
The Dark Order has signed contract extensions with All Elite Wrestling.
Group member Evil Uno confirmed as much on Wednesday, tweeting in the wake of news that The Elite had re-upped with AEW:-
Although the tweet created speculation that Uno was joking, Fightful Select has confirmed that this isn't the case. Dark Order has signed three-year contract extensions that will keep them with AEW into 2026.
Dark Order is currently down to Uno, John Silver, and Alex Reynolds as AEW television regulars, though -1, Brodie Lee Jr., is also considered a member. The previously-released Stu Grayson had returned to the stable and promotion in March, though he split in June, aligning himself with The Righteous in Ring of Honor.
Double or Nothing 2019 saw the Dark Ortder debut in a controversial angle after a tag team match between Best Friends and Angelico and Jack Evans. Grayson and Uno debuted alongside a group of masked "Creepers", drawing little reaction, though the group's fortunes improved considerably with the reveal of Brodie Lee as their 'Exalted One' in March 2020.
Lee tragically passed away in December 2020. The following year, Dark Order became a full-on babyface unit, supporting 'Hangman' Adam Page throughout his rise as the Anxious Millennial Cowboy.
Previous Dark Order members include Alan Angels, Colt Cabana, Anny Jay, and Preston Vance.
