Having become a favourite of TNA and beyond in the past several years, Jake Something is now officially #AllElite, appearing on last night's AEW Dynamite as the latest member of the Don Callis Family.

As Dynamite cut backstage to Renee Paquette explaining that the JetSpeed tandem of Kevin Knight and 'Speedball' Mike Bailey had been attacked, an exchange between the Demand and Don Callis saw Callis say that "someone, or something, just got very rich from taking out JetSpeed." From there, Don introduced Jake Doyle, the former Jake Something.

Per Fightful Select, Jake's TNA deal expired on 1 January, and AEW sources note that he recently signed with Tony Khan's promotion. Previously, it was believed that the 36-year-old was tied down to TNA well into 2026, but that ultimately was not the case. As hinted at on Dynamite, it's expected that Jake Doyle will be appearing regularly with Mark Davis, with Davis seen alongside Don Callis and Jake last night.

A 16-year veteran of the ring, Jake Doyle was trained in the ROH Dojo back in the day, making his in-ring bow in 2010. By 2017, he'd started working for TNA - then under the iMPACT Wrestling name - and he'd continue to compete for the Anthem promotion until as recently as the 2025 Christmas Day-aired episode of the weekly iMPACT show, where he was on the losing end of a ten-person mixed tag match.

This isn't Jake's first foray into AEW, as he actually had three matches on AEW Dark back in 2022, which were losses to Jay Lethal, Matt Sydal, and Danhausen.
