Considering how many view KO as being a major favourite of Triple H's, fans were expecting to see big things for the Prizefighter now that Paul Levesque is steering the creative ship across WWE. Somewhat surprisingly, Owens was not featured at all on Raw last week, and this follows the one-time Universal Champion having had a fleeting presence on the red brand in recent weeks.

This Fightful report confirms there's no injury issues keeping the Canadian out of action right now, and that a source told them how "creative is being cooked up" for Owens as the company makes plans for him moving forward.

Elsewhere, whilst her absence from the 29 July episode of SmackDown was kayfabe explained as her not being cleared to compete, there are currently no immediate creative plans for Lacey Evans. Prior to Triple H assuming his new role, Evans had flitted from babyface to heel, from heel to babyface, back to a heel, gone from SmackDown to Raw, then back to SmackDown... all in the space of a few weeks. Since then, she's teased a match with Aliyah at several points on Smackers, but that match ultimately hasn't come to be.

The Sassy Southern Belle was a personal favourite of Vince McMahon, although her return to action this year was labelled "chaotic and directionless" - as highlighted by the aforementioned swift characters tweaks and switching of brands.

One significant name missing from Raw in recent weeks, is Omos. While the Nigerian Giant awaits to see what direction he will be taking on TV, he has still been active on WWE live events and also squared off against Ezekiel on this past week's WWE Main Event.
