Backstage WWE Update On Madcap Moss Following Scary Botch At Elimination Chamber 2022

Moss landed directly on his head after taking an Alabama Slam from Drew McIntyre.

During his match against Drew McIntyre at yesterday's WWE Elimination Chamber premium live event, Madcap Moss took a scary, wince-inducing bump directly on his head. With many concerned at the gnarly landing Moss had after taking an Alabama Slam from the Scottish Warrior, it appears that Madcap is thankfully okay.

As per PWInsider, Moss was said to be doing okay backstage after the match, with him checked out by medical staff and deemed to be fine.

In terms of how this botch happened, the 32-year-old Minnesota native landed directly on the top of his head as he attempted to tuck his head as McIntyre delivered the aforementioned Alabama Slam.

With referee Jessika Carr immediately checking on Moss after this landing, Madcap was able to finish the match and eat a loss from McIntyre - with the two-time WWE Champion hitting his patented Claymore Kick for the win.

The issues between McIntyre and the pairing of Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin don't appear to be ending any time soon, with the Scot staring down Corbin post-match in a way that suggests we will indeed getting that rumoured McIntyre vs. Corbin bout at WrestleMania 38.
