Although Johnson is unquestionably the star of the show, he doesn't appear to be entirely hogging the limelight. Trailer time is given to a number of supporting characters, giving the sense of a convoluted web of athletes, advisors and corporate types, of which Strasmore is merely one component. Such highlights include John David Washington (son of Denzel) as Ricky Jerret, a good-natured young pro dangerously exposed to a world of unbelievable excess and corrupting outside influences. Rob Corrdry also appears as a fellow financial advisor to Strasmore, one far less sure of himself - and subsequently less trustworthy in the long run?
