Big AEW Injury Update Following Blood & Guts
Here's how AEW's injury list looks following the gruelling Dynamite special.
AEW entered one of the bloodiest events in modern mainstream wrestling history with Blood & Guts this week, leaving Daily's Place coated in claret after a night of big bumps and gory visuals.
Fightful Select have come through with an injury update following the show. It states that with regards to the Blood & Guts match itself, the outlet hasn't been informed of any serious injuries, having followed up on the matter, though a number of participants are "banged up."

Yikes.
PWInsider's Mike Johnson reports that Cody Rhodes was busted open hardway while wrestling QT Marshall on the show's pretaped first hour. This wasn't planned, with a strike accidentally opening up an area he has bled from in the past.
The same report states that while blading was planned in the Blood & Guts match, several wrestlers drew hardway blood there as well. Many suffered bumps and bruises.
On Darby Allin, who was thrown down some concrete stairs by Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page, Fightful Select notes that the TNT Champion is "good." This angle was done to build to Allin's match with Miro next week.
