Could Bobby Fish make a shocking WWE return at next month's Survivor Series event? Don't rule it out...

Speaking on the latest episode of his Undisputed Podcast (as per Fightful), the former Undisputed Era man confirmed that, despite his recent appearances for IMPACT Wrestling, he is currently a free agent. Not just that, but Fish noted how his status means he could feasibly turn up at this year's Survivor Series.

As the New Yorker detailed:

"A lot of people are making the assumption that I signed with IMPACT. I have not signed with anyone other than Global Titans, which is not pro wrestling. I do have the boxing match in November. Then, I have a second fight that will be determined. That's really the only long-standing contract that I have. Everything else, I am figuring it out. IMPACT happens to be another one of those places. You don't know where I'm going to show up. I could turn up at Colony High School or the Survivor Series."

Given how Triple H has brought back several released talents - not to mentioned the Game's previous plentiful praise of the Undisputed Era - some have speculated that Bobby Fish could be another grappler who could make his way back to WWE sooner rather than later. Added to that, this year's Survivor Series will see the WWE main roster incorporate WarGames for the first time ever, and Fish actually competed in four such WarGames battles during his time in NXT...

Of course, some will question how valuable Bobby Fish would be to WWE without his UE buddies Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly - although Roderick Strong is still with the promotion - but Fish's 20-year (and counting) career means he could be a valued veteran for WWE in some capacity.

As for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, that Premium Live Event will emanate from Boston's TD Garden on Saturday 26 November.
