Big Update On Daniel Bryan's AEW All Out 2021 Status
The latest on Bryan Danielson ahead of tonight's AEW All Out pay-per-view.
Several members of the All Elite Wrestling roster believe that Bryan Danielson will show up at tonight's All Out 2021 pay-per-view, reports Fightful Select.
Bodyslam.net's Cassidy Haynes reported on 28 August that the former Daniel Bryan was set to debut at All Out, with the outlet having already broken the news that Danielson had signed with AEW one month prior. The new Fightful Select report notes that they, too, had heard All Out was the working plan for the 40-year-old's debut as of a few weeks ago.
While many AEW roster members haven't straight-up been told that Danielson will be on the show, it seems many are operating under the assumption that this is the case.
Danielson has been a free agent since leaving WWE after dropping a Career vs. Title match with Universal Champion Roman Reigns in late April. His contract expired within a few days of the bout, thus ending an 11-year stint with the world's biggest promotion.
While returning to WWE looked like a distinct possibility early in Danielson's free agency, odds of that happening shrunk when company President and Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan failed to strike a deal on a working relationship with NJPW. This is believed to be one of Bryan's biggest priorities - and AEW already has one in place.
