Brock Lesnar returned to the UFC on Saturday night, invading the Octagon following Daniel Cormier's first-round knockout of Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic in their UFC 226 main event.

'The Beast' is back, and according to UFC President Dana White, he'll be Cormier's first Heavyweight Title defence. When their fight could actually take place remains to be seen, though.

According to several sources, the UFC have pinpointed a huge main event in Madison Square Guardian, New York, this November, but a failed drug test from June 2016 could throw a spanner in the works.

Lesnar still has six months to serve on a year-long suspension handed out after his fight with Mark Hunt. Retiring from MMA in February 2017 removed Brock from the testing pool, and he must re-enter and serve the time before competing again.

MMAFighting.com are reporting that Lesnar has now made himself available for testing, but if this is a new development, 'The Beast' won't be able to fight until July. The only way he could make November is if he secretly re-entered USADA's system in May.

Cormier vs. Lesnar is a matter of "when," not "if." It remains to be seen whether this news will fast-track his WWE Universal Title loss, but the company may address the situation on tonight's Raw.
