As per the report from MMA Fighting, Lesnar is still to make an official announcement, but has been removed from both the USADA drug-testing pool and the UFC roster.

Lesnar's last fight was a victory over Mark Hunt at UFC 200 on July 9th, 2016. It was his first bout in over four years, but it was later overturned to a No Contest after it was revealed that Lesnar had failed two pre-fight drug tests: one less than a month before the fight, and the other on the day of UFC 200.

As part of his punishment, Lesnar was suspended from MMA competition for a year and ordered to pay a $250,000 to the Nevada Attorney General's office. He retires with a record of 5-3-1, with his most famous victory being a TKO of UFC legend Randy Couture to become UFC Heavyweight Champion in November, 2008.

Lesnar previously retired from MMA following a December 2011 loss to Dutch kickboxer Alistair Overeem, but was coaxed out of retirement for the Hunt fight. Now aged 39, it's unlikely that Brock will go back on his second retirement, and will stick to WWE instead.
