Bullet Club's All In Sells Out 10K Tickets In Under 30 minutes
10,000 tickets... gone.
Tickets for Bullet Club's upcoming All In pay-per-view officially went on sale yesterday (May 13th), but not for long: all 10,000 were snapped up in less than half an hour.
A show that started as a mere Twitter bet between Cody Rhodes and the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer has turned into perhaps the most staggering piece of business in independent wrestling history. All tickets were made available yesterday, but while several social media users reported trouble with the ordering system, they soon vanished.
As per Cody, the show took just 29 minutes and 36 seconds to sell out:-
All In takes place in Chicago, Illinois on September 1st. The likes of Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, and Kazuchika Okada are all set to appear, with Rey Mysterio Jr. confirmed 15 minutes before sales opened.
It's thought that only a few hundred tickets were purchased by scalpers, which makes the feat even more impressive. As per Meltzer, just 149 tickets were available on the secondary market last night, compared to 4,400 (out of 13,600) for WWE SummerSlam.
Further All In match and talent announcements are expected over the coming weeks, but from a business standpoint, the show is already an enormous success.
