Chyna didn't have a huge role in the outcome of the Screwjob, but she was of course HBK's D-X teammate, and she was supposed to be involved in the originally planned scuffle with Hart Foundation members which would lead to a no contest finish.
Chyna is probably the single most challenging role to cast in the entire movie, because there are hardly any known actresses who can replicate her incredible late-90s physique, to say nothing of her chiselled facial features.
MMA fighter-turned-actress Gina Carano may seem too conventionally attractive to play Chyna of this period, but if she's deprived of make-up, she's certainly got the ludicrous physique to match.
Plus, when Carano was shooting her role in Deadpool, a cut gag from the movie saw Ryan Reynolds compare her to Chyna. So, there you have it.
