Cult Favourite WWE Act Set To Be Repackaged?
If any current WWE midcard act DOESN'T need a new gimmick, it's this one...
WWE's Maximum Male Models stable could be on the verge of being repackaged, reports Fightful Select.
The outlet notes, specifically, that the trio's male contingent, ma.çé and mån.sôör may be in line for something new. There is currently no word on what this may entail, though it is stated that while WWE Executive Chairman Vince McMahon was initially high on the act, he didn't want MMM to become "flamboyant."
Paul 'Triple H' Levesque changed the group's direction in his role as Chief Content Officer, though McMahon's return has seen MMM's act dialled back, with their usage rate declining.
Maximum Male Models have worked only two televised matches in 2023, plus a further six on house shows.
Interestingly, Fightful notes that LA Knight's original alignment with Maximum Male Models as Max Dupri was a product of McMahon not seeing him as an in-ring talent. Levesque changed this, reinstating the Knight monicker, pulling him from the group, and launching his current direction.
Maxxine Dupri, who completes (completed?) the current MMM lineup, has effectively been put with Otis and Chad Gable full-time on WWE television. She was, however, booked for a WWE party as part of MMM recently.
Maximum Male Models have been together since Knight recruited ma.çé and mån.sôör into the group in April 2022.
