Dabba-Kato returned to WWE for the first time since formally being assigned to Raw in last October's 2020 WWE Draft, having helped Apollo Crews to win the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 37.

Crews was wrestling defending champion Big E. E looked to have the match won after hitting the Big Ending, but Kato struck. Breaking the fall, Kato downed E with a Chokeslam, then dragged Crews on top of the New Day man for the pinfall.

Kato celebrated with Crews afterwards, cementing their new alliance.

PWInsider had reported before last night's show that Kato would soon be repackaged. The military fatigues he was clad in represent a clear gimmick change for the towering big man, who was last seen as part of the Raw Underground roster last summer, before Shane McMahon's wacky fight club segments were cancelled.

Kato will be getting a new ring name as part of his repackaging. Through PWInsider reported "Commodore Azeez" or "Commodore Azez", WWE has filed a trademark application for "Commander Azeez." It's currently unclear which of these monickers the big man will go by.

The 31-year-old has been with WWE since April 2016 and shares Nigerian heritage with Crews, though he was born in Poland.
