After successfully defending his UFC Heavyweight Title at last night's UFC 230, Daniel Cormier called Brock Lesnar out - telling him we wants to be Universal Champion as well.

Cormier made brisk work of challenger Derrick Lewis in Madison Square Garden, submitting him with a rear naked choke in just 2:14. After the fight, he challenged WWE's Brock Lesnar, who won the company's Universal Championship at Friday's Crown Jewel.

"Brock Lesnar! When you come, bring that brand new WWE title too. I feel like being a WWE champion too. Let's go! Let's go! Brock, bring that belt with you if you come to my house!"

The champ's words are certainly eyebrow-raising, but it's nothing more than promotional bluster ahead of a fight tentatively scheduled between he and Brock in he near future. The pair confronted at the close of UFC 226, all but confirming that they'll meet somewhere down the line.

At this stage, there's absolutely no suggestion whatsoever WWE plan to have Brock Lesnar square off with Cormier in a wrestling match, or that Lesnar's title could be up for grabs in a legitimate fight in the Octagon. As far as WrestleMania main events go though, it wouldn't be a bad call.
