While the past few weeks having seen plentiful stories about AEW talent meetings, there now comes word on a recent talent meeting for Billy Corgan's National Wrestling Alliance.

Via Fightful Select and PWInsider, this meeting took place during a recent set of NWA tapings and seems to have received a mixed reaction from members of the roster.

Several veterans believed that this meeting wasn't necessary and was a waste of time, especially when it comes to topics like cleaning up the locker room. Some believed that such comments were aimed more towards extras who were around at the time, rather than the more seasoned members of the roster.

Luke Hawx was particularly vocal in this meeting and his words turned some people off. That said, there is no heat on Hawx, with some understanding where he was coming from, seeing as how he's involved in promoting the upcoming Hard Times PPV. Others who notably spoke up were Caprice Coleman, Jay Bradley and Sal Rinauro.

One veteran noted how nothing newsworthy came out of these talks, but that the meeting caught some off guard as most of the people involved aren't contracted full-time to the NWA and instead only work for the promotion one weekend every few months. Likewise, another wrestler walked out of the meeting towards its end - though nobody seemed to pay much notice to this.
