Dominik Mysterio Gets New Look, Joins The Judgment Day On WWE Raw
Rey Mysterio's baby boy cements heel turn on WWE Raw following Clash at the Castle.
Dominik Mysterio's heel turn was cemented on last night's WWE Raw, with Rey Mysterio's baby boy seemingly joining The Judgment Day, debuting a new look in the process.
Literal years of teases were paid off at Saturday's Clash at the Castle premium live event, where Dominik turned on father Rey Mysterio and Edge following the latter duo's tag victory over The Judgment Day's Finn Balor and Damian Priest. On Raw, Dom sided with Priest, Balor, and Rhea Ripley.
The show began with Edge calling the younger Mysterio out. He was interrupted first by Rey, who asked his friend not to hurt his son, before Ripley came out. She introduced Dominik, whom she claimed to have "made a man", and the former SmackDown Tag Team Champion was decked out in The Judgment Day's signature black clothing, his mullet slicked back.
Rey Mysterio made his exit before things got violent, with The Judgment Day destroying Edge's leg. The lucha legend eventually returned to make the save. Dom is now booked to face Edge on next week's Raw.
Priest defeated Rey elsewhere on the show, with Dominik interrupting a surefire pinfall following a 619 by standing on the apron.
The weeks preceding Dom's turn had seen WWE turn up the teases. The Judgment Day had continually attempted to convince Mysterio to join their ranks. For now, it looks like they have been successful.
