World Championship Wrestling was once the hot wrestling product. The top dog of not just the United States, but the whole world, taking on the WWF and often winning as it fought to take control of the Monday Night Wars throughout the 1990s.

Rather than a nice little nameplate on their desk and a parking space, WCW's leading man was given a Big Gold Belt. One of the industry's most famous and recognisable straps of all time, its history juggles a string of ex-WWE stars like Kevin Nash, Hulk Hogan, Sid Vicious, Randy Savage and Jeff Jarrett, but also names from a deep pool of homegrown talent that either came from their NWA history, or those who called WCW itself their first major promotion.

Big names like Ric Flair, Sting, Lex Luger, Booker T, Diamond Dallas Page, and of course, Goldberg.

As interesting as their careers were during those times, it's also cool to see what comes of a wrestling star as time goes on. What they make of themselves either outside the business they knew for so many years, or how they've managed to hang on and sink or swim in an ever-changing industry.
