9. Lince Dorado

What was he doing at the time?

Still kicking about, but with substantially less fanfare than what had accompanied him 5 years earlier. A golden run during the golden age for CHIKARA was as good as it got for Lince Dorado before he was offered the Cruiserweight Classic, but that ended unceremoniously in 2011 with his profile quietly being removed from the promotion's website and his association with Bruderschaft die Kruzes being phased out as though he'd committed some heinous crime.

He hadn't, for the record, and the reasons behind his sudden departure are still a mystery 15 years later.

What is he doing now?

Helping coach the next generation. Returning unannounced during an NXT live event in early 2025, Dorado confirmed that he had formally rejoined WWE in a player-coach role, balancing infrequent in-ring duties with his position as a Performance Center coach and, more recently, as a Producer for the WWE-owned AAA. That's also where the majority of Dorado's present-day outings can be found, bar the odd booking on NXT and EVOLVE.
