The tease: some glitched text saying 'forgotten' was shown ever so briefly in the second teaser trailer.

The likelihood of it happening: <5%

Now, this tease perhaps wasn't for Wesley Blake at all, but rather for his former Forgotten Sons pal, Steve Cutler; he now resides in IMPACT as Steve Maclin. It's worth noting Blake, too, though, since his non-compete clause is now up. It just seems too soon to bring him into the Anthem-helmed promotion.

Maclin is still somewhat fresh onto the scene in Nashville to the point that he's still in squashing goobers territory. Reuniting the pair is something IMPACT could - and, arguably, should - visit in the future, perhaps nearer October's Bound For Glory pay-per-view. For now, don't bet on the now-Westin Blake appearing at Slammiversary, in any capacity. He'll have to remain forgotten for just a tad longer.
