Current PROGRESS Women's Champion Toni Storm is the most notable name on the list, and she is joined by two current NXT wrestlers in Sarah Logan and Lacey Evans, and lucha libre star Princesa Sugehit - a 20-year veteran.

Logan and Evans have both appeared on NXT TV recently, while Storm has previously competed in a WWE ring while representing PROGRESS at WrestleMania 33 Fan Axxess in Orlando. Sugehit, meanwhile, has been regular fixture in Mexico's CMLL since 2006.

There's no word on when further participants will be announced, but Becky Lynch recently spoke with The Hindustan Times, stating that former UFC star Shayna Baszler will be involved:-

“I think it is a great opportunity for the wrestlers to show their talent on such a big stage and it is brilliant that they will have a complete show all to themselves. I’ll be there to see every match and this can potentially change the entire scene of women’s wrestling in the WWE. I am excited to see Shayna Baszler in the tournament. It is true that she does not have much experience in pro-wrestling, but her UFC background will give her a huge advantage.”

A pioneering figure in women's MMA, Baszler debuted as a professional wrestler in September 2015. She has since competed regularly across the United States independent circuit, while also touring with Japan's Stardom promotion. Baszler has previously worked with Nikki Bella during her recovery from neck surgery, and took part in a WWE Tryout last September, though she wasn't offered a contract.
