What are the "Six and seven figure" salaries for All Elite Wrestling stars?
Joey Janela has claimed that every contracted talent within All Elite Wrestling makes at least six figures.
Speaking on the Keepin' It 100 podcast with Konnan and some other guy, 'The Bad Boy' said;
“You have that choice in AEW to go wrestle on the Indies. All those guys are getting paid six figures. Bottom card to top of the card. Top of the card, seven figures. The whole company is getting paid six figures.”
The news comes as the contractual statuses of several major stars within the organisation are being heavily discussed. "Kenny Omega to WWE" has made for fun (if empty) speculation about 'The Best Bout Machine' possibly plying his trade away from the company he helped form, FTR's deals are supposedly still up in April if you're of the opinion that Dax Harwood's low-lying grief with the company isn't a work, and CM Punk may or may not be returning to the organisation at any given moment.
Per Janela, there seems to be a good financial incentive to do so. As for the AEW original himself, he last wrestled for the group in January 2022 ahead of his contract expiring in May.
