Former WWE Champion Cleared For Return
He's been out with a knee injury since last Summer.
WrestlingRumours.net are reporting that former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal is now clear to return to action.
Mahal hasn't been seen in the ring since injuring his knee last Summer and is now rumoured to be waiting for the company to find the right storyline to reintroduce him to the fold.
Since winning the WWE Championship back in 2017, Mahal has gone on to become a U.S. and 24/7 Champion, and now calls Monday Night Raw home after being drafted to the red brand in the most recent WWE Draft.
News of Mahal's medical clearance comes after he posted a video on his Instagram page back in January teasing his imminent return.
Will we see the 'Modern Day Maharaja' thrown straight back into a main event feud with his former 3MB partner and new WWE Champion Drew McIntyre? Or will Mahal continue to fill a mid-card spot as he had been doing before his unfortunate injury?
Judging from his aforementioned Instagram account, Mahal is still in frightening shape and appears to be as hungry as ever to prove he has what it takes to hang with the very best.
