Following the initial suspension of the XFL, then the subsequent firing of employees and the folding of the league, and then the bankruptcy filing from the organisation, now comes word that Vince McMahon is being sued by Oliver Luck.

Luck was the Commissioner and CEO of the XFL, and his claim against McMahon is one of wrongful termination.

TMZ broke the news, with Luck unhappy with the termination letter he received on April 9. For his part, Luck claims he held up his part of any responsibilities and that, as such, he believes that McMahon needs to pay him up for the majority of the contract the two parties signed.

Right now, there’s no official number on what Oliver Luck is looking for from Vince, but this is another headache for McMahon and his decision to bring back the XFL.

Of course, this is all in addition VKM’s ongoing WWE concerns, with the pro wrestling juggernaut cutting a huge amount of staff just last week as part of a measure to make sure that WWE is on track to hit previously announced profit goals.
