Wrestling journalist Gary Cassidy has stated that this is a "done deal," with the duo set to debut for Impact in July:-

Gallows and Anderson were released from WWE as part of the promotion's mass Black Wednesday cuts on 15 April. Their 90-day non-compete clauses expire on 15 July, making an appearance at Impact's Slammiversary pay-per-view on 18 July a possibility. That the former Bullet Club duo will be permitted to work for NJPW is an interesting point, too, as Anderson has dropped several hints teasing their New Japan return since departing WWE.

Cassidy had previously noted that Gallows and Anderson have already recorded content for the Impact Plus streaming service, strengthening the claim that the contract is pretty much done.

Gallows previously worked for Impact from 2011 to 2013, most notably serving as a member of the Aces and Eights faction, which has been teased for a return on recent Impact shows. Anderson has never worked full-time for the promotion but has been teaming with Gallows since 2013. They should make a smart addition to a growing, competitive tag scene.
