7. Russell

The other big newcomer of the season, Russell serves as a cameraman who at first seems like he could be just another sleazebag, before revealing himself to be a genuinely good guy and exactly what Ruth needs.

There's not a great deal to him in terms of depth, but he's easily likeable, funny, and Victor Quinaz shares a nice chemistry with Alison Brie.
