Hangman Page Turns Down The Dark Order On AEW Dynamite
AEW News - Hangman Page Says No To The Dark Order!
After Adam Page, Colt Cabana, John Silver and Alex Reynolds emerged victorious in the opening bout of tonight’s ongoing AEW Dynamite, Hangman had some bad news for the Dark Order.
Following this foursome’s victory over Chaos Project and the Hybrid 2, Brodie Lee Jr. laid a beating on Serpentico as part of -1’s birthday celebration – and that was followed by Silver throwing numerous compliments Hangman’s way, before then asking him if he’s finally, formally joining the Dark Order.
Unfortunately for Dark Order, Page said, “I can’t”… just as banners and music played to mark what the faction presumed would be the announcement of their latest recruit.
Hangman explained how he’d had fun alongside Dark Order in recent weeks and months, but that it didn’t work all that well for him the last time he was in a group. Despite the pleas of the Dark Order, Hangman headed to the back, adamant that he was to remain a solo act.
Many are hoping that Hangman Page will be the one to dethrone Kenny Omega for the AEW Championship somewhere down the line, but the immediate kayfabe future of Page is certainly up in the air right now.
