How Lance Storm Is Helping WWE Wrestlers Through The Current Crisis
The WWE producer is doing what he can at this difficult time.
Professional wrestling has never faced tests like those created by the ongoing global situation, but WWE producer Lance Storm is doing what he can to help the company's wrestlers at this time of need.
The Canadian hit Twitter with the following offer on Wednesday morning:-
Drake Maverick and NXT UK Superstar Joseph Conners were quick to take him up on this via Twitter. One can only imagine the mountain of requests that current await Storm in his DM box, too.
Storm, 51, returned to WWE as a producer in November 2019, having closed down his Storm Wrestling Academy for the job. He had previously wrestled for the promotion from 2001 to 2005, crossing over as part of the WCW/ECW invasion, becoming an Intercontinental and four-time Tag Team Champion, then leaving to open the training school in May 2005.
Lance has a great reputation as a coach, with the likes of Tyler Breeze, Tenille Dashwood, Peyton Royce, Rachael Ellering, Chelsea Green, Oney Lorcan, and Taya Valkyrie among the names to pass through the Storm Wrestling Academy. Knowing this (and factoring in his skill between the ropes), it's safe to say many on WWE's roster could benefit from his tutelage.
