How Many Viewers Did All In: Zero Hour Draw?

Was the pre-show a success?

The numbers are in for All In's pre-show, Zero Hour, and they make pretty good reading for Cody and co.

The kickoff presentation aired for free on WGN America at 6pm Eastern, an hour before the main pay-per-view began, drawing an average of 196,000 viewers. Despite not going out during prime time, Zero Hour concluded the day as the station's highest viewed programme. It drew a 0.8 rating in the critical 18-49 demographic, ranking 85th amongst its cable competition.

Zero Hour faced stiff competition on Saturday, airing directly opposite the new season of college football kicking off across FOX, ESPN, CBS and ABC. The matches combined to draw in 10 million viewers - just over 50 times that of All In's appetiser.

Considering the complimentary hour featured just two matches - the Over Budget Battle Royal won by Flip Gordon, and SCU taking on The Briscoes - the viewership has to be considered a positive. The number falls roughly between that typical for Lucha Underground and IMPACT - two established wrestling shows airing weekly on prime time.

At the moment, we still don't know the buy rate for All In, so it's difficult to draw any clear conclusions from Wednesday's ratings reveal.
