This is without a doubt Hogan's cleanest loss ever, probably because Warrior was booked like a younger, stronger Hogan. In fact, the booking of the match repeatedly highlights the similarities between the two, most famously through the iconic SUPER TEST OF STRENGTH spot, but also through a couple of double clothesline spots and the like.

In the end, of course, Warrior evaded the dreaded Legdrop of Doom and landed his running splash, pinning Hogan clean. I mean, yeah, Hogan kicked out at three and ran around making shocked faces, including falling to his knees and wailing in despair like Emperor Palpatine just told him about his new robot legs, but in the grand scheme of Hogan spotlight-hogging it was pretty innocent.
