With Bound for Glory 2023 having taken place last night, that concluded with the shock revelation that IMPACT Wrestling will be rebranding as TNA Wrestling in 2024.

At present, it's been six years since the TNA moniker was in place for the Anthem promotion, with it last known by that name in 2017. This rebranding will come into place as of 13 January when TNA Hard to Kill takes place from Las Vegas' Palms Casino Resort.

Of course, TNA was part of the branding for the promotion when it first launched back in 2002, with it at that point known as NWA: Total Nonstop Action. Gradually, the NWA element of that name was dropped and the organisation simply became known as TNA.

As part of a press release to accompany this news, the new TNA will be running "larger, more prestigious venues" and the "new year will launch a new-look TNA Wrestling that runs from the entrance ramp to turnbuckles".

The Bound for Glory reveal video of the TNA return featured, amongst others, Jordynne Grace, Steve Maclin, Moose, Frankie Kazarian, Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, Eric Young, Josh Alexander, Chris Sabin and IMPACT World Champion Alex Shelley - and more details will be given when Tom Hannifan interviews Scott D'Amore on the company's Facebook page this coming Tuesday.
