The writeup notes that an undetermined number of unnamed indie groups have reached agreements with FITE to air shows via its FITE+ service. While nothing is confirmed yet, it has been indicated to Fightful that said indies would have their events available as live streaming options under a single subscription price point.

Official announcements are expected in November, which lines up with Game Changer Wrestling's previous claim to Fightful that they would be making their new streaming plans clear on the first of the month. When asked for comment on the FITE situation, GCW responded: "WWE is going to Fite+?".

GCW typically airs its shows live on FITE via pay-per-view. If they are involved in the FITE+ deal, it would represent a significant expansion of their current deal.

IndependentWrestling.tv currently stands as the most prominent indie wrestling streaming platform, hosting live events and archives for such companies as WCPro, BLP, and Prestige under a single subscription fee. April saw IWTV and GCW reach a settlement for a lawsuit filed by the former in June 2021. This was over an alleged breach of contract over streaming rights, with IWTV seeking damages in excess of $500,000 to compensate for revenue lost.
