Interesting Note On WWE's 'Main Goal' For Survivor Series: WarGames
Here's what Triple H and WWE wants to achieve with this year's Survivor Series.
One of Triple H's main goals for the upcoming Survivor Series: WarGames pay-per-view is to get "great visual shots" that'll help promote the show in the future.
The Wrestling Observer reports that Hunter doesn't really want to keep recycling footage from NXT to promote a main roster WWE show. So, on 26 November, he'll instruct his camera crew to do everything in their power to grab video the company can use in coming years.
WarGames is set to become an ongoing concern on Raw and SmackDown, basically, and 'The Game' knows he'll need some match footage to sell it whenever WWE wants to pull the match type out of the bag.
The only real in-house shots WWE has of WarGames come from NXT. There's also an internal worry that many of the matches showcased wrestlers who are no longer under contract, such as Adam Cole, AOP, Keith Lee, Toni Storm etc.
Triple H would prefer to have footage of bumps/spots that show off current WWE talent. Then, his production team will be able to piece together stunning vignettes that highlight the double cage dangers.
