Jacob Fatu Debuts On WWE SmackDown
Solo Sikoa's latest masterplan came to fruition on this week's WWE SmackDown.
Jacob Fatu finally debuted on WWE TV by aligning with Solo Sikoa's revamped Bloodline and attacking top babyfaces like Kevin Owens, Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes on this week's SmackDown.
Fellow Bloodline members Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa spoiled a planned main event between Solo and Cody towards the end of the show, but the babyfaces dispatched them fairly easily and it looked like Sikoa might get a three-on-one kicking for his troubles.
That's when Fatu roared on-screen and made quite the first impression.
Fightful Select reports that Jacob has made a good impression behind the scenes too. He's been courteous and polite when backstage at major events like WrestleMania 40. According to reports, WWE were simply waiting for the right moment to debut Fatu.
It's understood a criminal record from his youth has prevented Jacob from wrestling outside the US. He's since moved on from that shady past, but WWE's high volume of international shows proved tricky when thrashing out exactly when he'd show up on TV.
Fatu is here now, and he'll be booked as a key member of Solo's Bloodline 2.0.
