5. Bret Hart - Hart Attack

Sometimes all it takes is one guitar riff to identify a wrestler and their entrance theme. In this case, that opening riff is immediately associated with Bret €˜the Hitman€™ Hart, the €˜Best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be€™. Bret€™s first WWF theme, which was composed by Jimmy Hart and J.J. Maguire, sounds a lot like this one, but doesn€™t contain that opening riff. It wasn€™t until around 1994 that Bret started using this signature theme, which has been the most recognizable. Since then, some of his family members, most notably Natalya, have been given entrance themes that start with that opening riff, to signify their family ties to the Hitman. Jim Johnston was a genius for taking a good theme, adding his own spin on it, and making it great.
