John Cena CONFIRMED For Tonight's WWE Raw Reunion?
Cena is IN, but The Rock and Bret Hart are out...
Despite original reports to the contrary, it looks like John Cena will be in attendance for tonight's WWE Raw Reunion special.
This is according to POST Wrestling's John Pollock, who claims that the 16-time World Champion is expected to be in the house. making it his first WWE appearance since reviving his old 'Doctor of Thugonomics' gimmick at WrestleMania 35 in April.
According to PW Insider, Maryse, who hasn't appeared for WWE since announcing her second pregnancy in February, will also be at Raw Reunion. The same source has also reported that Hornswoggle was spotted in town ahead of tonight's show and could well make an appearance.
Two WWE legends who won't be at the show, however, are The Rock and Bret Hart. This is according to the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer, who believes that while WWE have reached out to The Rock and hope to have him appear on SmackDown's FOX debut in October, everything is very much up in the air, while Hart declined the opportunity to appear, having debuted for All Elite Wrestling at Double Or Nothing in May.
It's a shame that those names won't be there, but it's not like WWE are struggling for numbers - the current headcount sits somewhere near 40.
