While there's currently no word on whether or not the Hall of Famer will actually be appearing at the event, he will be in the house for the biggest wrestling show of the year, which takes place in Dallas, Texas on 2 and 3 April.

Kane has not appeared on-camera for WWE since September 2021, when he gave rising star Bianca Belair a Tennesse Senate proclamation on an episode of SmackDown. Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2021 that April, he gave a customary speech at the induction ceremony, following on from his other big WWE appearance of the year: a surprise entrance into the Royal Rumble match.

Somehow, Kane eliminated Dolph Ziggler and Ricochet before he was dumped out by Damian Priest.

Jacobs' primary concerns have been political over the past few years, having sat as the Republican Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee since August 2018, attracting controversy for his opinions on mask mandates, COVID-19 restrictions, and other issues. March 2021 saw Jacobs announce his intention to run for a second term.
