Kane To Return At WWE Royal Rumble In January
There was some talk of Kane making his return at WWE Survivor Series PPV later this month as part of a traditional Survivor Series match but it appears WWE have returned to their original plan of re-introducing him at the Royal Rumble. WWE's A-list show has always been a popular ground for superstars making their returns, such as Booker T and Kevin Nash last year (though that ended up being one night only cameo's) and it always guarantee's a huge pop from the ground. Though it is unknown at this time whether the idea is to put Kane in the multi-man elimination match (I would suspect so) or whether his return will be advertised. The Royal Rumble of course is an event thas become somewhat synonymous with Kane. In the 2001 Royal Rumble he eliminated the most competitors in one Rumble match (11) and has made the most appearances in the match (15) and the most consecutive appearances in the Rumble (13) between 1999 and 2011. This year's Rumble will be his 14th. Kane also holds the record for the quickest elimination of another competitor in the Rumble at just 1.8 seconds.
