Killer Kross Gets New WWE NXT Ring Name

See that body? That's all that was left of Tommaso Ciampa after the wrestler formerly known as Killer Kross was finished with him on Wednesday's episode of NXT, as the old Impact Wrestling standout destroyed the fan favourite to close the broadcast.
Ambushed while cutting a promo on Johnny Gargano, who had defeated him the previous week, Ciampa was battered all around the backstage area before Kross knelt down, revealing his face. A stiletto heel was also in the frame, suggesting that Kross is being paired with real-life girlfriend Scarlett Bordeaux.
If this piece of merch is anything to go by, it looks like the former Killer's WWE ring name has now been revealed as Karrion Kross. The design also features the "XII" symbol that had featured in the vignettes leading to Kross' debut.
It has been widely reported that Kross is set for a major queue-jumping push in NXT, with several outlets noting that Triple H is a big fan of the intense powerhouse, and that the newcomer will go straight to the top on Wednesday night. Being slotted in alongside a big name like Ciampa suggests these reports were accurate.
