Kota Ibushi Is #AllElite
'The Golden Star' toasts another chaotic AEW match by making it official with the group.
Kota Ibushi is #AllElite.
Fresh off a victory in the Like a Dragon Gaiden Street Fight on last night's edition of AEW Dynamite, Kota Ibushi's stance with the company has now been made official.
Tony Khan tweeted the news after Ibushi, Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho and Paul Wight defeated Don Callis' group of Konosuke Takeshita, Powerhouse Hobbs, Kyle Fletcher and Brian Cage in the evening's maidn event. The chaotic street fight was to promote Sega's Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, and featured references to the game including all the babyfaces arriving at the building in suits and Ibushi repeating an old DDT spot and assaulting people while riding a bike.

The contest was Ibushi's fourth with the group, having debuted in the third Blood & Guts match on the July 19th edition of Dynamite. He followed that up by working alongside Kenny Omega and Hangman Page in their trios bout with Bullet Club Gold and Konsuke Takeshita at All In: London, and partnered Omega and Chris Jericho in another clash with the Don Callis Family at WrestleDream.
