LA Knight is fully aware that he hasn't been doing a whole hell of a lot on WWE television since 2023-ish. The still-popular babyface told Chris Van Vliet plainly and clearly: "I've done so little in the last 2 years".

This paints a bleak picture of the wrestler's frustration with how things have been panning out for him creatively. However, there is a bit of light at the end of the tunnel - Knight is on flagship show Raw cutting promos about Roman Reigns, and there's a chance Triple H wants to match the pair up on PLE at some point.

That'd be a dream spot for LA considering his lack of spotlight.

Throughout the interview, Van Vliet brought up moments and memories Knight had shared with Bray Wyatt, John Cena etc, as well as his match vs. AJ Styles at WrestleMania 40 and his time as Max Dupri. At one stage, LA himself even stated that he's "rehashing old conversations" when talking about this stuff.

That's when he added the bit about doing "so little in the past 2 years". Knight also joked: "Now we're talking about 2018. We're going backwards!".

All of the guy's frustration bubbled to the surface when he blurted out: "No matter where I've gone, I've always felt under-appreciated in the wrestling business". That brings the 43 year old's time on the independent scene, the NWA, TNA and WWE under one roof. He's been a pro since 2003, but has never felt truly seen.

Fingers crossed Knight still has some blockbuster moments to come. Monday's episode of Raw in Paris, France shows that he'll always get a reaction from live crowds.
