Just over a month removed from being involved in an automobile accident that led to a 75-year-old man's death, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy 'Sunny' Sytch is still under criminal investigation.

Sytch is alleged to have driven her 2012 Mercedes into the rear of a 2013 Kia Sorrento that was stationary at a stoplight, with the Kia then crashing into a 2011 GMC Yukon, which was also stopped at the light. Julian L. Lasseter, the Kia driver, was transported to a hospital for injuries suffered in the crash, then later passed away. This happened on 25 March.

Although the former Sunny wasn't arrested, the Ormond Beach Police Department believed she was under the influence of alcohol at the time.

In an update, the department has revealed that it has received partial results of a toxicology report conducted around the time of the accident (h/t PWInsider). If charges are going to be filed, it'll be after an investigation has concluded, with a further press release to follow once a decision has been made.

Sytch recently used Twitter to deny her culpability in the accident:-

Lasseter's estate are currently suing the WWE Attitude Era star for damages "in excess of" $30,000 for medical and funeral expenses as a result of Sytch's actions. In addition, the lawsuit notes Lasseter's daughter "has suffered, and will suffer into the future, the loss of her father's companionship, instruction, guidance, and mental pain and suffering as a result of her father's death."
