Arguably the greatest team in the history of TNA/IMPACT Wrestling, America's Most Wanted reunited to make an appearance at last night's Slammiversary PPV.

The tandem of James Storm and Chris Harris - complete with their old AMW entrance theme - made their way to the ring following the IMPACT Tag Team Title match which saw the Good Brothers dethrone the Briscoes. After a Magic Killer on Jay Briscoe sealed victory for Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, America's Most Wanted came out to make a toast to tag team wrestling and the promotion as a whole.

Storm handed out beers to the Good Brothers and Briscoes, and he and Harris - who was drinking water - all raised a bottle to celebrate the 20th anniversary of IMPACT Wrestling. For those not aware, Slammiversary took place 20 years to the day since the very first NWA-TNA show back in 2002.

While the Cowboy and Wild Cat were not on that first weekly PPV, it was just a week later they came together to form what would become America's Most Wanted. In their four years together, AMW had six reigns as the NWA Tag Team Champions before splitting at the end of 2006. That split came about after Storm cracked his partner over the head with a beer bottle, and the two embarked on a rivalry across the next six months that culminated in a Texas Death Match - which Harris won - at Sacrifice 2007.

After a cup of coffee under the WWE banner and some time back on the independents, Chris Harris would return to TNA in 2011 to join Hulk Hogan's Immortal faction and even teamed with Matt Hardy to face Storm and his Beer Money partner Bobby Roode. In more recent times, Harris accompanied the Cowboy to the ring for a match against Eric Young in March of last year; a match that was Storm's 1,000th for the promotion.

Somewhat surprisingly, Chris Harris did appear in a backstage segment with Shark Boy earlier this month in the build to Slammiversary, and it remains to be seen whether this America's Most Wanted reunion was merely a one night slice of nostalgia or whether this leads to something more down the line.
