This is according to the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer, who noted in a post-Elimination Chamber article for SI.com that;

"Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler will also challenge for the women’s tag team titles, against whomever winds up as champion after the Feb. 27 Raw match with champions Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai defending against Becky Lynch and the returning Lita"

A singles match between Lynch and Rousey had been rumoured as far back as 2019, particularly when WWE managed to save the combination by running a triple threat with Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 35. Anticipation for it at this year's show cooled in line with both assuming middling spots on Raw and SmackDown respectively, but 'The Man' teaming up with Lita next week put the two right back into the conversation for 'The Show Of Shows'.

Rousey and Baszler have been running roughshod over the SmackDown Women's Division of late, but haven't made any moves back towards getting the Championship on 'The Baddest Woman On The Planet'. Current titleholder Flair and Royal Rumble winner Rhea Ripley's match is one of only three officially announced matches for the show at time of writing.
