Bray Wyatt is back in WWE, having returned to the promotion at least Saturday's Extreme Rules 2022 premium live event - and it sounds like the former 'Fiend' is going to be a SmackDown exclusive going forward.

PWInsider's Mike Johnson reports that going forward, Wyatt will only be appearing on Friday nights.

This comes following this week's Raw, where Bray didn't appear in the flesh, but featured ambiguously in a spooky vignette built around the phrase "revel in what you are." WWE has since announced that Wyatt will be on Friday's episode of SmackDown:-

With the WWE Universe still in shock over his epic return in the final moments of WWE Extreme Rules on Saturday, it has been revealed that the ominous Bray Wyatt will emerge to the blue brand.

Wyatt's Extreme Rules return was his first appearance for the promotion since July 2021, when he was shockingly released from the promotion, becoming the highest-profile victim of swooping pandemic-related "budget cuts." He had not worked in professional wrestling since then, though he had appeared at a handful of conventions and fan fests.

The former WWE and Universal Champion last wrestled at WrestleMania 37, where he was flattened by Randy Orton.
