Despite the ongoing disruption across the globe, last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite has received a hugely positive response from wrestling fans – and a key part of that was the AEW debut of a certain Matt Hardy.

Not only did Matt’s appearance at the end of this week’s Dynamite send Twitter into meltdown, it’s also drawn a ridiculously huge number on All Elite Wrestling’s YouTube channel. To be a little more specific, The Broken One’s debut was viewed over 1 million times in a span of just 15 hours.

As you can see when digging into the recent AEW numbers, Matt Hardy’s debut was head and shoulders above any other segment from this week’s Dynamite when it comes to YouTube views. And for fans of Hardy, that’s clearly an incredibly positive sign ahead of us all seeing just how the former IMPACT World Champion is utilised both in and out of the ring over the next few months and years.

In addition to Matt finally turning up in AEW, Chris Jericho has moved to seemingly confirm that the one-time Version 1 will be chewing the fat with Le Champion on this Friday’s Talk is Jericho offering.

Hardy’s contract with WWE expired at the end of last month, and the North Carolina native is clearly eager to pursue the next step in his pro wrestling career – as shown by how little time he wasted in turning up in All Elite Wrestling.
