Mercedes Mone went to bat for AEW's All In event ahead of WWE's showpiece WrestleMania supershow during the most recent edition of her Mone Mag newsletter to fans. Specifically, the one time Sasha Banks focused on the different approach to women's wrestling in both companies traditionally.

That'll get some people talking, and lead to a lot of debate.

Mercedes pointed out that Tony Khan has booked three women's matches for All In 2024 over in London, England. Then, she compared that to how Vince McMahon treated the division "when 'Mania was one night". Mone asked the question: "How many women's matches were there [on those shows]?".

She then answered her own question by adding: "Not three".

Doubling down, the reigning TBS Champ also said "it was the women’s matches that got cut for time" whenever other bouts on the WrestleMania cards ran over their allotted slots. That didn't sit well with her, but she doesn't see anything of the sort happening in AEW.

It's worth noting that only two of the three bouts involving female workers at All In will be on the main card. Mone vs. Britt Baker and Toni Storm vs. Mariah May will be on the core pay-per-view. Meanwhile, a mixed tag pitting Kris Statlander and Stokely Hathaway vs. Willow Nightingale and Tomohiro Ishii is slated for the pre-show.
