This year's WWE Hall Of Fame is no longer just the 'Hall Of Game'.

Michelle McCool has joined Triple H in 2025's class by being announced as the second entrant to be inducted and honoured before WrestleMania 41 this April. Trips broke the news to a stunned McCool during ESPN's Get Up. She was there with husband The Undertaker, and Michelle seemed genuinely surprised by the reveal.

Triple H said that he wanted to get back at 'Taker and Shawn Michaels for blindsiding him with his own Hall Of Fame announcement previously. The best way to do that was to make somebody else happy. McCool was certainly overwhelmed by the news, but it was lovely to see her and Undertaker embrace as the fact she's about to become a WWE Hall Of Famer started to sink in.

WWE will hold 2025's Hall Of Fame ceremony on 18 April. That's 24 hours before 'Mania 41 kicks off and delivers two nights of hot matches, big angles, twists, turns, title changes and more. It'll be fun to find out who joins Triple H and Michelle McCool in the 2025 class.

Recently, news spread that iconic tag-team Demolition had inked legends deals with the promotion. That puts some longstanding beef between them and the company to bed, which leads many to suggest Demos will be inducted too. A lot of longtime fans would love to see that one, but there's been no announcement at time of writing.

Triple H Said McCool "Transformed What We Do"

Whilst congratulating McCool, Hunter said that Michelle was "one of the women that transformed what we do". Later via social media, the WWE boss added that McCool enjoyed a "career dedicated to breaking down barriers and making every performance #Flawless".

That was a nod to Michelle's critically lauded tag-team with fellow WWE alumni Layla. Together, the pair dominated the then-Divas division for several years between 2009-2011. Individually, McCool won two Women's Titles and two Divas Titles (she was the inaugural champ crowned back at The Great American Bash 2008).

She initially experienced a rough start to life on the roster by working as a valet for lower-tier teams like Idol Stevens (Damien Sandow) and K.C James. That eventually gave way to in-ring success, but it did take a while for WWE fans to warm up to Michelle. LayCool was a blessing for her, but did include controversial storylines like the "Piggy James" stuff involving Mickie James.

Michelle has been critical and remorseful about that ever since, but says Mickie was always gracious about helping to get LayCool over as bitchy heels.

Congratulations to Michelle McCool. Again, she joins Triple H in the 2025 WWE Hall Of Fame class, and will be inducted before WrestleMania 41 hits the air.
