A death match is so hardcore that it almost defies belief. The ropes are replaced with barbed wire, and in this particular instance, explosive barbed wire boards are used. Thats right; explosives. In 1995, Foley and Funk (who else?) squared off in a King of the Death Match bout, which is inarguably the most barbaric entry on this list so far. The Hardcore Legend was caught up in the barbed wire ropes on multiple occasions and of course set of numerous c4 chargeswhich were legitimate by the way.To top it off, he then fell from the top of a ladderluckily his fall was cushioned by a conveniently placed bundle of barbed wire though.
